Take the Argonne exit and proceed South.  Approximately a half mile there will be 2 white buildings past Starbucks and Broadway. On the left will be two white buildings. The office is in the second white building (around the back).  Enter through the middle door and the office is on the left.

Most major insurances including Blue Cross, Regence,  PHCO, Aetna, Assuris, certain Group Health policies, and First Choice

Medicaid Accepted:

Washington Molina,  Open Coupon, and DSHS

Currently not accepting Idaho Medicaid
